99 toyota corolla, turn signal and flashers

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When I turn on the left turn signal it does not light up on dash or front or rear signals but sometimes clicks fast just cant see it.  When I turn on the flashers though, all of them work fine, dash and front and rear,they all light up and blink fine.
