Just as Tom described, located on the shifter, going from the top, touching the button on the left that allows the car to be put into drive, lower down on the same side, left side, there is a small button on the shifter. It is smooth and small one click sends the button out puting the cars Overdrive off read by an indicator light on the dashboard O/D off. Pushed in, overdrive is on, no indicator light on dashboard. Overdrive gives you the last gear.
