If that is the problem yes but most of the time when a fuse blows there is a problem something causing the fuse to blow.
Just replacing a fuse will not fix the A/C. You have to have it diagnosed and properly repaired.
Start with having someone evacuate and recharge the system to establish if there is coolant in the system..if there is no coolant many compressors wont turn on and if there is too much it will burn out the compressor..the amount needed is specific for each car. have it properly diagnosed like Bob said.

Yes I did have it checked need to replace fuse not sure which one! The fuses have a number on them, just need to know which one... 1998 toyota corolla..

You know if you replace fuse and it blows again you need to have something fixed or replaced most likely the compressor.
