how do i remove the water pump from my 200se camry

Hi shyanalea, Since this vehicle has a transverse mounted engine (sideways) the water pump is located on the passenger side of the vehicle in the engine compartment. It should be rather centrally located in relation to the other accessories. All water pumps are replaced approximately the same way. 1. Remove the belts (all) and the belt tensioner. 2. Remove the radiator hoses (all). 3. Unbolt the water pump (and possibly the timing cover). 4. Remove the water pump and gasket. 5. Apply some silicone to the gasket. 6. Install the gasket and water pump. 7. Bolt the water pump to the engine block. 8. Reinstall the radiator hoses (all). 9. Reinstall the belt tensioner. 10. Reinstall the belts (all). Hope this helps!
