Toyota Camry still not starting

New battery new starter still no start light are dim
no sounds at all, what's wrong

Lights are dim, usually indicates a low battery or a bad connection, try this turn on all the loads like headlights on bright ignition switch on and blower switch on high. Now carefully feel the battery cables if you come across a hot spot that would be a bad connection if that doesn't work try to jump start it if it starts get the alternator checked to see why the battery is low.
