Mobil1 High-Mileage 10W40, or Quaker State high-mileage 10W40 conventional. There are others just as good. If you have been using synthetic, stick with Mobil1 and if not continue with "regular" conventional aka petroleum oil You can get Valvoline 'Max' High mileage 10W40 for $30 for a 1 gallon jug. Looks like the best deal and nothing wrong with Valvoline. Every oil I listed has proper detergents, if you choose something else, make sure it also has detergents, read labels--don't trust parts clerks. Many know what they are talking about, dare I say most --but some will tell you 'Yes' just b/c it seems like the thing to say. 200k is not all that high if it has been taken care of, it will go another 100k, whether you have the 1.8L 7AFE or 2.2L 5STE
