Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Dear car gurus ,Acouple of day's ago i had an oil change.yesturday morning i checked the oil and it was 1 quart low.Whom ever changed it did'nt check it before i pulled off.Maybe because when i went to get it done it was almost closing time so i guess they were in a rush but anyway to shortin the question and continue! When i saw the oil was a quart low i had a quart of a different kind of oil in my trunk! So i don't like to take chances when it come's to my car so i put the quart in with the other oil! But! hopefully it won't make much of a difference because it was the same weight 10w30.Now if it make's a difference should i get it changed again or it's alright for 3,000 mls untill the next change? Please tell me what would you do or the best thing for me to do to not waste more money on another oil change i just got 2 day's ago?

As long as they were both 10w30 then you should be ok. Just so I am understanding it was the same kind of oil just made by a different company?
