Ok so I have a 1994 toyota Camry and it wasnt starting would turn over lights everything worked so a guy came over and messed with the fuses under my hood then jumped the car off it started for bout

If not starting, I would suspect that your starter is bad. If your 30 amp fuse is blowing out, it sounds like something is grounding out. I'm guessing it's something to do with your starter. If the car started for 5 mins. and then died, your battery may be totally shot also. Your alternator may be bad causing the battery to die out. If your battery is quite old, I would replace it and once the car starts again, get a volt meter on the hot side of your alternator and make sure it's putting out at least 14 volts or close to it.

Ok so I replaced the battery cause come to find out it was bad and put another fuse in and it still didnt start and blew tha fuse out again! So if it was to be the starter it wouldnt make a clicking noise? And if the alternator is bad or goin out would it make a noise when I try to crank it? Lastly could it be a wire touching somewhere to cause the fuse to blow? Thanks for your help!

Yes, you must have a wire on the starter that's grounded out. If every time you turn the key to start it and it blows the fuse, something is definitely not right. Or if not a grounded out wire, the starter shaft may be stuck and it's over heating causing the fuse to blow.

If you know where the starter is, give it a couple of whacks with a hammer. That may knock the shaft back in if it's stuck. If your car is set up like my 95 Camry, the starter is right in the top of the engine on the drivers side.
