Doing tune up in stages

What should a tune-up on a 94 Camry v6 cost? Was quoted $300 incl labor, due to the need to remove the manifold to reach the rear plugs. Can I do the tune up in stages, such as cap/rotor, then the plugs/wires?

Yeah but if the plugs are the ones bad, you are not gonna gain anything by doing the others
