OF THE 22,229 CORVETTES THAT WERE PRODUCED FOR 1964 HAD DAYTONA BLUE WITH SILVER INTERIOR, IT HAS A 4 SPEED, EITHER SOFT WHITE TOP OR HARD TOP, IS THIS CORVETTE RARE?

Yes, you have a rare Corvette! In 1964, only 3,454 Daytona Blue Corvettes were produced at all (15.5%). The exact silver of the interior can change the numbers a bit. Two tone silver and grey vinyl accounted for 2.9% of those produced; silver and blue vinyl for 2.2%; silver and grey leater is .2%; silver and blue leather is .2%.
