ran fine,changed head gaskets, starts & seems to run fine on when starting fluid is sprayed into throttle body then dies. 3.0 liter v6 350,000 mi.. all codes clear. what to do ?

I have a 2002 Toyota 4 Runner. Love it. No problems past 15 years. 287,000 miles recently my wife drove it to her appointment and when it was time for her to leave it would not srart. I towed it home and come to find out only half of the fuse box under the hood has power. The longest run of fuses does not. I need help. Any ideas ??? 2 Answers
