Getting ready to purchase a 1990 Toyota Camry - vehicle starts - new alternator and battery but the blower motor, radio, and cig lighter does not work. Any suggestions on cause and fix?

Vehicle starts no issue - new alternator and battery but the blower motor, radio, and cig lighter, front head lights and tachometer does not work. If you hold the bright lights they work and blinkers also work. Any suggestions on cause and fix?

your looking at a 13 year old car ,no mention of miles my thought is it's worn out,look at something newer.ot6her wise ie's a money pit. aaacar
