1990 Toyota SR% 4x4, v6 will not start. I replaced the fuel filter and would not start. I tried again this morning and it started and sounded good. 45 minutes later I started it and moved it to one side of the garage. two hours later I tried starting it and it will not star

The next time you have the no start issue, put a fuel pressure gauge on the Schrader valve. Should be located on the fuel rail. See what you are getting for pressures. Or put a screw driver to the bottom of the fuel tank and put your ear on the plastic end. Have someone turn the key to the Accessory position and see if you can hear the fuel pump hum. If no hum, you most likely have a fuel pump on it's way out. You can try a new relay in case it's intermittent also.
