I have a 1964 belair but the bolts for the front bench seat are missing and i was wondering what bolts to use

Use case hardened bolts. If I remember, they have three ridges on the top end of the bolt head. You are holding an entire seat and during an accident any lesser strength bolt may give or shear off. The auto parts store should be able to sell you the correct bolt. If they don't know or guess, go elsewhere.
