1972 with a 350-2bbl, does anyone know how hard it would be for me to remove my exhaust manifold and put on a my new headers? Or if there are any potential problems I should know of. Thankz

Looking to Do a full exhaust, trying to save some $ by doing it myself.

Only problem you may run into would be the exhaust manifold bolts breaking off, these bolts are notorious for breaking. My suggestion would be to run the engine up to operating temperature and try to break the bolts loose while the engine is hot.
That's right if any of them do break don't panic , you still should be able to get the manifold off & then use a stud remover , heat them up good & they come right out. depending on the kind of headrs you're using you could run into interference problems between the starter & the oil filter and the steering column. you might have to disconnect the tranny linkage ( for auto trans) to get them in.
