How does select a ride work on 1994 corvettes

I am buying a 1004 Corvette Convertable.There is a knob behind the shifter that selects your ride.Touring,sport, performance.How does this work?Are there air or hydraullic shocks.does anything else change?Bob at lambo8648@hotmail.com

Hello, This is a variable suspension feature which changes the ride by adjusting the shock dampening. I hope this helps! CarGrrl

Need more info on how this works.Electronic or hydraullic.The service light is on for this item.What can I do to fix this.lambo8648@hotmail.com
