What size spare tire will fit 1988 Toyota Camry?

Asked by Crystal Jun 15, 2012 at 01:35 AM about the 1988 Toyota Camry

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I bought a used 1988 Toyota Camry a few months ago. Got my first flat and
when I opened the trunk for the spare, found out it doesn't fit the car because
it has only 4 lug nut holes instead of 5. Previous owner gave me wrong spare.
Looking to get a new one and need to know what measurements to look for (I.e
. Rim size, spacing between lug nut holes, tire diameter, center diameter, and
anything else useful.)

for a good spare go to auto wrecker they will get you the right one for a small price

I ask because I found a spare tire at a thrift shop and want to see if it will fit before I buy it.
