car wont start

Filled up my toyota camry  yesterday and it reads empty when I drove my
friend home my car stalled in the middle of the road. replace filter and pump
still reads empty and car wont start HELP!!

A 1988 Toyota Camry...still on the road?? Well, bless you're little heart. Sounds like one would have to back track on the last repair.....eg. Fuel Pump and Filter repair. I would be inclined to attach a Fuel Pressure Gauge and Test Fuel Pressure.

Andrea, did you replace the pump and filter the day it stalled out on you, or did you do this before the stall issue?
