probably from inside the trunk, should be a panel or covering that you can remove to get at the rear of your bulbs, once you get at the rear of the burnt bulb twist the housing where you see the wires going to bulb, usually counterclockwise, bulb will come out of tailight housing, twist bulb while pushing down to remove bulb, assemble in reverse order.

Actually you have to remove the entire light assembly to replace the globes. At the rear of the boot, there is a plastic strip that runs across the boot above the license plate. Remove the strip and remove the screws slide the assembly to the right or left depending which globe is burned and which assembly is to be removed. A bit of a headache to replace globes. Wait until you have to replace the radio.

The strip mentioned by gazman just clips on/pries off. No screws. My light assembly was attached to the trunk by a couple of plastic clips that had to be oiled and pounded out. No other way to remove them. Easier to see what's going on if you remove rubber trunk lid gasket.
