I would have the gas tank professionally cleaned. Blow out all the fuel lines, change the oil and put fresh gas in it. You will need a new battery.
Cool! I do have that planned and will drop it and clean try to clean it myself. I heard that I will have to replace the brake lines. What do you think?
If the brake lines are rusty or leaking replace them. You may need to do a rebuild of the whole brake system but I would start by bleeding out all the old fluid.
Prime the motor and get some oil pressure up before running it. A drop of oil down each plug hole can help prelube motor as well. If you don't want to pull distributor to prime oil pump with a drill then pull the coil and crank it for a while. Your carburetor is likely going to need some special attention.
Ok! Thank you thank you!
