fuel injection

Asked by REBEL Jan 20, 2007 at 11:13 PM about the 1984 Chevrolet Blazer

Question type: General

what year was the fuel injected 2.8 first introduced

1 Answer

24,380

Hello REBEL-- That year would be 1986. That optional upgrade on the 1986 Chevrolet S-10 Blazer gave you a whopping 125 hp. It doesn't sound like much power, but remember that was back in the days when Detroit was giving more than lip service to efforts to save the environment. Good luck from Bovan.
