carb modification

hey i have an 85 blazer, 2.8 liter v6. has anyone replaced the carb? im thinking of
getting an EDELBROCK performer series carb and the air flow filter to go with it, but i
dont have a clue as to what size carb i should get that would fit, or what other things
i may need. if someone who has done anything like this please help me out. thanks

Best advise is to get you a complete Chilton or Haynes manual. It will tell you everything you need to match the carb and even give detailed instructions on how to replace it. If you have never fooled with a carb before it can get to be a pain. The C/O is the easy part ... tuning is the hard part. Good luck.
