63 impala wont start.. Battery? Or starter?

Lights come on....I hear a tiny bit of it
WANTING to start followed by a fairly fast
"click click click" sound. There's a wire that
runs from the battery's positive along the
front of the car to what i believe might be
the cellenoid? (Looks like a little cable box)
I FEEL like this has something to so with
my problem. Also is there somewhere I can
get a book that shows me how to diagnose
and fix my specific year/make/model ?

Get the battery charged and load tested. A weak battery will sometimes cause the solenoid to buzz or click.
Hmm...a weak battery in this case is more of a possibility than I realized.. THANK you!
One more question before I drag this thing into Autozone...We jump started it, drove it about 3 miles and put it in park, let it run for 15-20 minutes, pressed the brake to put in drive and car shut off and won't start. Jump start again, drove 3 miles back home car dies pulling up into the driveway and once again won't start. That's the second time in 2 days that it died pulling in. Should I still be looking into the battery. It's new! D;
I have a 1964 impala , it’s was running good . I left the lights on and came back to car to start it . And it wouldn’t start any more . It didn’t crank or anything not even the lights . I put a new batterie and still the same
