electrical issue park lights and indicators

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
here it is. turn on front indicators and park lights together and both work. however the clear park lights do not work on their own, instead the amber indicator lights on the side and front illuminate when the park light switch on the dashboard is activated. have not seen anything like this happen before. any ideas?

yes monkey time ground! the ground coming off the battery has to be electrically attached to the frame with a stud, and to the engine block with a stud. battery terminal should be washed clean as well as service the positive terminal too. blast them clean with your garden hose!...now we can proceed to a component level and look at ground busses and so forth~

let me know if something as this simple procedure takes all the wrinkles out of your car, if not we will take it one component at a time~
if off the same feed[ normal] that way you you can only turn the clear lights on or off with some other light system on, or you may be driving with only 2 front so,called driving lights like happens since 1986 drl garb.

Had some good feedback relating to poor grounding. Appears that the 'íssue' is A-typical of these models and considered "normal'' tor have amber lights on with the Park/Headlights. Strange setup... Appreciate the help.
