How many 1978 Monte Carlo's had 4-speed manual transmissions?

There were only about 75 of the optional 4 speed manual transmission that left the factory which now are extremely rare. The standard 3 speed I'm not sure. But I do know this was the last year the Chevy Monte Carlo offered the manual transmission due to extreme low buyer interest. So point being there aren't many of them.
Thank you so much! My hubby got one on a trade with the original factory 4-speed. He is a Chevrolet guy and had never seen one. It's not in great shape, but he's glad he has it. :)

Chev produced 1,719 4 speed (Saginaw iron housing) manual Montes in78. I bought one new and still own it. Most I’ve seen are pretty rough.
Have you found your build sheet ? Check back seat springs. Yours looks similarly equipped to mine. 305 4 speed with T-top, no air. Just curious.
Also, if your not already be sure to join FB 3rd generation (78-80) group. There are 1/2 dozen or so 4speed ‘78 members in the group. I have all my original drivetrain (complete 305, Saginaw, shifter and all) set aside, though installed crate GM performance 350 along with Super T-10.
I have a 78 with tops and a manual that I’m looking to part with. It’s built up a bit with an eddelbrock intake and 4 barrel carb, headers and glass packs. Anyone interested? Find me on FB at top notch floors in Minnesota. Can send requests there
78 4 speed Montes show up for sale occasionally on this FB site. If you have one please share on this site as well.
