Question type: Car Customization

What is the best lift kit to use on my Burb? I want to go up 4 or 6 inches. I have an '89 R1500, over time I will be doing a full custom job.

for a "GOOD" lift it is going to cost about $1000 a inch, as I posted before a friend put on a cheap "kit", ended up selling the truck because of it. I would go to a 4x4 shop (a few different shops) and get some quotes, I had my 91 Kblazer (full size) lifted 4" and although I do my own work I had a shop do it, (Liabilities) and they deal in 4x4 all day, so they know what is best. there are a ton of kits out there and some should be "pulled off the shelf". If you are looking for a kit you can do yourself, the 4x4 shops have kits they sell for the DIY'er
