depends on what parts you are talking about. steering wheels are interchangeable with any car as long as it's the same make but I know that is not what you are asking. I strongly recommend that you go to a mechanic and ask if the parts are compatible. I know I am no help.

No: body parts, interior (outside of steering wheel), most electronics, front suspension, front driveline Yes: tranny should (sb to sb / bb to bb), engine will bolt up (not harness), rear driveline, rear suspension, rear axle
