Look for ans remove screws behind reflectors and switch panels. Roll down the window. Remove the window crank handle if equipped. Start prying from the bottom. There are plastic tree type plugs that hold the panel to the door. Harbor Freight sells panel removal tools that are handy.

Unbelievably helpful and with the old pastic on the truck it will help to prevent from breaking it.

like previous posts.. look for screws on door handle grip& door release lever housing. remove the clip to the window crank. pry from the bottom using plastic scraper(being careful not to damage the covering).
