An older Corvette that year is not the most smog related desirable, but more sought after that one 10 years newer. It sounds like a good price will be around ten to eighteen grand if the mileage is in the 70 to 85 thousand mile range. To restore it to pristine condition will set someone back a good 20 to 30 grand. Been there, done that.

Actually, the 77 was the last one before the new fastback rear window. Unfortunately, the 75/76 models were the lowest horsepower years and the 75 was the first without true dual exhaust as it came with the new catalytic converter. The L82 was the engine to have in those years though. Do a search online and see what comparable models are listed for and you should get an idea where to start. It is always worth whatever someone is willing to pay.
