Question type: General

What is the Average Gas Milage of a 79 ford f150 with a straight six

1 Answer

Yatzee!!!!!!! Sorry ... love that game ... The governments fuel economy web site only goes back to 1985 when a 6-cylinder F150 with 2WD managed from 16-19 MPG city and 18-24 highway with the manual 4-speed being the most efficient configuration. (From $1649, to $2,037 dollars to run annually on average). While this isn't a direct comparison of course it should be at least useful for reference. Hope that helps some! Here's the site if you want to look around ... http://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/findacar.htm
