Will a ford mustang 5L V8 fit into a 1979 ford f-150 which had a 302 V8?

these days anything will fit how much time do u have up your sleave but
ya they are the exact same block, y wouldn't it fit. but i think the crank would be different if the mustang motor was matted to a manual transmission rather than a automatic.
351 blocks are bigger than 302 blocks and they fit, the motor mounts are a little different i think.
They should fit. I don't know why It wouldn't. Because the 5.0l is the same as the 302. But considering that yours is a 79 its going to be carberated, so the motor mounts are going to be a little off. Not by much, but like maybe an inch to two inches. KEEP THE FORD LEGEND LIVING!

I suppose a 5.0 ford coyote en g ine will also fit in a 1979 f 150. Right?
Would you guys know what transmission to put on a 1995 Ford F-150 with a 5.0 v8 in it so that the transmission won’t blow if I take it over 100-110
