are you refering to gas or deisel if gas my guess is a 460 big block carbeurated

here comes flack... Ford produced a couple drag engines that were special order from ford racing that were basically 427ci punched to (here comes pain for my post haha) 600ci... its supposedly possible but i dont really see how... but thats not really stock i suppose.. for normal production the 460 was about it i think...

i agree with the 460, my uncle had that model year F-150 and i seem to recall him having to replace a carb. so no EFI

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Ford_engines You gotta love the internet... 1Liter = 61.01 c.i. It appears their was a crate from Ford SVO that was a 514ci big block or a 534ci was available for a Super Duty truck... mmm displacement.
