well its apparently a general question about the options well you have options from manual trans to auto trans power windows to manual same with door locks A/c or no A/c You also have selected 1988 F150 and state 1998 in the question You will have many differences there too

If the owner's manual is still in the glovebox look over it. It will give directions on how to operate about nine dozen different thing you probably do not have on the vehicle.
