Replaced distributor cap, spark plugs and wires and truck runs rougher than before replacement.

On the side of the block! Try YouTube , firing order is first cylinder at the front of the engine, make sure you put long screwdriver in the hole bring head in up position!

Need to spin your distributer around while the van is running you will notice the difference immediately.
