Fuel Problem front trank only

Have no power on the front tank. runs perfect on the back tank. when you run the front tank it has a harmonic hum under the hood and will not pull going up a hill with out sputtering. will not die but does not like running under a load. Already put in a new fuel pump and sending unit.The sending unit was bad.

did you bleed the air out of it,you may want to replace the gas cap.they go bad.
