Where is the ignition coil?

People tell me I need a new coil for my 89 F150. It starts and runs but when I turn it off after 10 or 15
minutes of running, it won't restart. Where is the coil located?

I changed the ignition coil. But I still have the problem. It seems to be better now, but not by much. When I try to start the second time, it keeps turning over until I push the accelerator to the floor and hold it and it starts but sputtering. I guess I need to look into the distributor next. But I'm not sure what I'll be looking for. Any ideas?

i agree with Tom,those fords are knowed ford the ignition module on the distidutor.its not the same sa the ignition coil.

I agree with the others. had a mustang do it as well. 2- 5.5mm screws and a plug. $55 at parts shop.
