Fire to the coil, but what about from the coil? fire from the coil gets to the cap? but what is then the condition of the rotor? and what is the condition of the wire set and connections at each point starting at the coil? You have 12v on one side of the coil and flashes a test light during cranking on the other primary ?

you say you replaced the coil, cap, rotor and wires, but is the ignition switching to make the coil send the spark thru the coil wire? The TFI module and stator have that job. Motorcraft parts are the longest lasting and least trouble. The distrib shaft has to be pressed out of the gear when replacing the stator. if you have that problem.
