did they make a convertible?

Sadly, there was no convertible available for 1982. The last convertible prior to 1982 was a 1995. They would return in 1986. Removable glass panels were as close as a Corvette got to a convertible in '82.

no they made t-tops and removable roof sections but no convertible. they also made hard tops if you were to be intrested. now basicly if you exceed six feet in height you need the top off just to fit in due to the limited head space. they made stingrays(c3's) as convertibles but not in the 1982 model.

I have someone wanting to trade in a 82 corvette convertible with a 327 for my boat. My boat is valued at about 9k. I have figured out that 82 doesn't make a convert but am wondering if that completely diminishes the value or if it is still worth something. Car runs good and looks great. Has ground effects and spoiler package on it. And the guy claims everywhere he has taken it to said whoever did the modifications did it right but I'm having a hard time putting a value on the car.
it,s worth what you will pay or it,s worth what it will bring
