1966 Ford F-250 has no electrical power

Question type: General

1966 Ford has no power when key is turned, but
will turn over when the selonoid is jumped.. it ran
good then I was backing into garage.. shut it off
then went to start it minutes later and nothing
happened

check all cables/grounds...i would replace the solenoid....easy and inexpensive...
