Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I replaced the starter and the engine still will not fire.  Battery is good, Distributor looks  
ok.  Any other suggestions that might lead me to getting the engine to turn over?

    1978 Ford F250 with M351 engine. Having trouble starting it. I have replace coil, ignition switch, the distributor cap/ rotor and ignition module and still no luck. Any ideas what I can try next?
