F350 super camper special
I am restoring my Father's '74 F-350 Super Camper Special. It originally had 16.5 X 12 tires on the back. They were referred to as supersingles. Over the years, the rims that fit these tires have ben sold, lost, something. Anyway, does anyone know for certain what width of rim was originally on the 16.5 x 12 tire? I've been told that it's a 9.75 width rim. Is this correct? And any idea where I might buy a set other than going to a bunch of swap meets? Thanks!

The Original FORD Brocure in the SPECIAL RECREATION VEHICLE SECTION lists as follows tubless front for GVWR 8350 are the 8.75 X 16.5 E/E Tube -type for GVWR 8350 are the 7.50 X 16 E/E Tubless rear for GVWR 9500 9.50 X 16.5 D/E no tube-type for rears listed. GVWR = Gross Vehicle Weight Rating not certain what E or D tire ratings refer to, but that's what's listed in the chart for you.

please help I'm looking for a 74 f 350 super Camper Special all complete
I have original 1974 F-350 camper special that still has an 8-track that I use all the time. She was repainted years ago same factory dark red and white top with a 460 v8 in great shape. 38k miles. My son is a great mechanic and has pulled the engine cleaned it repainted ford blue and replaced all hoses etc. He makes sure my truck runs like new for his mom. This is my gardening truck. There are a few parts I would like to replace side mirrors are rushing, both manifolds are showing wear, lower rocker trim was lost when painted. The truck has the spare tire in the side truck bed. I am surprise how few there are and how very hard it is to find parts for her. Especially the manifolds. If you can help me find these parts I would be very grateful.

1975 F350 Super Camper Special 460, c70. Originally bought in LA 12/1974 ( dealer metal tag card). Been in AZ last 20-22 years ( as I’ve told).
