There should only be 2 vacuum lines on a 63 390. 1 from the Vacuum advance to the carb base plate. The other, From the Power Brake Booster to the rear of the intake manifold. I hope this helps you Gerry

I recently bought a 63 Thunderbird, my son and I are going to use it as a project car. The breaks do not work nor does the windshield wipers. I have been looking for a vacuum leak. So far I found that vacuum goes to break booster and the transmission diaphragm. I am still looking for the rest of the lines.
