I'm having a similar problem with my 1997 T-Bird. I had the starter replaced but the problem persists. It always starts when cold but if it's been driven, it often won't start. What's really strange is that if I slam the door or rock the car it will generally start after a few tries. Any suggestions out there? This is making me crazy!
