so i need to get the chrome trim on the exterior off because i'm removing my vinyl top. so
in turn i need to get this entire back interior panel off to get to the bolts holding it down.
any advice on how to get it off i go the middle trim part off now how do i get the rest? it's
a 1966 thunderbird 428 q-code by the way.

pull the backseat out and the armrest. There should be some phillips head screws there to take out that panel.

I took my 68 2 door to TJ and they were able to put the vinyl top that I purchased online in perfectly. they did need some clips that I purchased at Hilltop Classics in Encondido CA, tell Julie Ken sent you. She has all the clips you would need.
