The IVR or Instrument Voltage Regulator id mounted directly to the back of the instrument panel. Usually, it looks like a small, square metal can. Unrepeatable. I don't have any resources for replacing it but I'm sure some exsist. Why replace it? Fuel gauge not working?

I should have said that it's on the back of the Instrument Cluster - not panel. Attached to the printed circuit board.
