Try looking for a donor car, that might be the cheapest route rather than trying to buy that many individual sheet metal panels. A '74 Tbird is not exactly a popular classic car, so you should still be able to find some for a decent price, even so availability is going to be very limited, not like they're still laying around in scrap yards. Try Craigslist and Hemmings, and allow yourself some time, it may take a while to find one. Dedicated Tbird forums may also connect you with some current owners with parts to sell.
