Check your fuses and relays to the pump. If you turn the key and have someone listen you should hear the pump turn on for a few seconds before shutting off. If the fuse and relays are ok but the pump is still not turning on use a voltage tester to make sure power is getting to the pump. If the pump does turn on but there is still no fuel getting to the carb you most likely have a blockage in a line or you kinked a line in the process of replacing stuff.

If you don't hear any sound from the fuel pump, check your connections and specially your ground wire and ground connections. Scrape both clean with emery cloth and reconnect to clean ground.

After checking the above items check your vented gas cap, make sure it's not rusted or plugged. (fuel tank vent). Possibily a vapor lock. -dragcar-

After reading all these good suggestions, something just occurred to me. Would you by any chance have a fuel pump reset button? Either in the trunk, glove box or front cabin panel? Check owners manual for location and if you do have one, push the button and make sure it is reset back to closed position.
