1988 Honda Accord EX V6 w/ 162,000 mi.; needs exhaust (has a hole in it), wtr pump, timing chain, alarm problem, and shocks. My question is should I put the $ into this car which is 20+ years?

the timeing belt is a must but if ur gonna do that its best if u replace ur waterpump while your at it everything should cost you at least 50 bucks for parts
