i have one. how much is it worth? it's got a new engine, transmision, clutch, tires...list goes on.

umm... I h8 to say what you put into it is way more than it's worth... half what you paid for motor plus about $500-800 for the car... So if you paid 3500 for the motor you'd be lucky to get $2500... Last time someone asked about the price of an old Civic someone posted back angrily quoting some classic/collector car guide. Fact is those things are retardedly off there's one out there that says my 914 is worth 17,000 when I'd be lucky to get 7,000 for it.
what he said is true. there's two kinds of people that might want that car: the first is a person who wants a cheap ass, reliable car for daily driving from point a to b. the other person might be a classic colector (of japanese imports). chances are you will never find the 2nd person, and if you do they wont offer you 2500$. sad truth.
