whatsalone the price of my car

Asked by tinker Jan 11, 2007 at 08:34 PM about the 1965 Ford Mustang

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

I recently purchased a 1965 Mustang convertible power steering and power    brakes.  This car has a history of garage time.  the former owner passed away 18 years ago and the car set.  I own a restoration shop and had seen my share of nice cars but this Mustang is impeccable.  The odometer reads 10,000 miles in the title reads 6000.  From a close inspection of this vehicle it looks to be accurate.  I believe the that I have stumbled on a nice car althoughit will have to be restored I don't think I will have to purchase any parts.  I would appreciate any information or starting point of a price as I bought the car to resale.  If you have any questions feel free to e-mail me.  Thanks so much for your time

Hi Tinker, A great place to get the proper resale value for you Mustang is NADA.com. Click on consumer cars and follow the steps to get the value. I quickly did a search and found that the average retail price for a 65 mustang is around $22,000. http://www.nadaguides.com/default.aspx?LI=1-22-1-5013-0-0-0&l=1&w=22&p=1&f=5014&c=14&m=1065&d=74&y=1965&vi=71787&z=02474&da=-1
